Lead Organizer
Ashley and husband have two kids. Ashley loves helping clients get their spaces organized. She specializes in playrooms and uses her creativity to find perfect solutions for each family. Ashley is an excellent problem solver and uses her finely tuned skills to come up with unique ideas!
Jenny Kearns
Lead Organizer
Jenny and husband have three sons. She likes being able to help give people a fresh start and specializes in organizing kids rooms. Jenny is a team player and never hesitates to do the smallest task including finding a team member's phone! She is a kid at heart and enjoys having fun while getting the work done, which makes her an integral part of Getting it Done Organizing!
Mary Margaret Neff
Project Manager
Mary Margaret is a married mom of two. She brings attention to detail and strong planning skills to her role as our Project Management Specialist. Mary Margaret works tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the team working seamlessly. She also subs in as an organizer when needed. Her willingness to jump in makes her a vital part of our team and we don't know what we did before she joined us!
Ceci Rivera
Lead Organizer
Ceci and husband have two teenage boys. Ceci, who is bilingual, finds it very satisfying to organize a disorganized space. This combined with her outgoing personality and patience makes her a perfect organizer! Ceci comes to us from Mexico City and we are thrilled to bring her culture and experience to our clients!
Debra Clark
Move Management Specialist & Lead Organizer
Debra has been married to her high school sweetheart for 30 years and they have two sons. She is a move management specialist helping clients with their move from beginning to end. Her insight and optimism make her a perfect fit! And knowing she carries confetti with her to celebrate the little things only adds to the joy of having her on our team!
Kelli Primavera
Marketing Specialist and Organizer
Kelli and her husband have four school-aged children in University Park. She assists in telling our company story, utilizing the lens of a corporate marketing background and experience managing a large family. As an organizer, Kelli specializes in creating systems to foster children’s self-sufficiency as they grow. Outside of work, you’ll find her shuttling her kids to sports and hanging out with friends.
Rachel Henrion
Business Manager
Rachel has been married for 24 years and has three grown children. She is typically crunching numbers for us handling our billing, payroll and anything numbers related. When she isn't working as our Awesome Assistant, you may find her building furniture with her husband or at Snuffers enjoying her favorite cheese fries!
Andrea Haynes
Lead Organizer
Andrea has been married for over 25 years and has three awesome boys. She specializes in creating organizational systems for kitchens and bathrooms but loves to tackle projects of all types. With her corporate background in design and personal experience running a busy household, Andrea truly understands how to create spaces that are both efficient and beautiful.
Jess Drennan
Lead Organizer
Jess has two children and has been married for almost 20 years. Her goal is to craft an uncluttered space that is both beautiful and functional. With her background in education and experience raising her own children, Jess has a talent for creating systems that make everyday life more efficient for families. When she’s not working, you’ll find her playing pickleball, walking her two chihuahuas, and eating Tex-Mex!
Juliet Domino
Project Manager and Lead Organizer
Juliet is a married mom of three. Utilizing her keen eye for aesthetics and functionality, Juliet works with clients to determine design goals and craft the scope of their projects. As an organizer, Juliet thrives on collaboration, working closely with clients to execute systems that enable families to love where they live. In her downtime, she loves going to the lake and spending time with family and friends.
Aaron Neff
Logistics Manager
Aaron recently moved to Dallas and loves spending time with his four nieces and nephews. He is very detail-oriented and has a can-do attitude which is essential in his role of team support. Aaron's ability to multi-task and manage logistical issues is invaluable to managing our warehouse. In his free time, he enjoys watching Kentucky Basketball and Notre Dame Football.
